Ccr series rotating drum cabins

The CCR washer is designed for spray-cleaning mechanical parts to remove oily residue, any visible residue, or other contaminants. When treating steel parts, they must be protected from the risk of oxidation after treatment with aqueous solutions using a suitable product. The washing machine is equipped with a drum that rotates on its horizontal axis via a gearmotor, with spray ramps on the side, to completely degrease the parts being treated.

WASHING CYCLE AND DESCRIPTION OF STAGES:

  1. Inserting the basket into the rotating drum,
  2. Washing by spraying with hot solution,
  3. Drainage and dripping
  4. 1Blowing with compressed air
  5. Devaporization
  6. 2Drying with hot air knife
  7. Basket extraction.

1= cycle phase present only if the optional “Compressed air blowing” has been purchased.
2= cycle phase present only if the optional “Hot air drying” has been purchased.
