PAINTING
PAINT STRIPPING TANKVASCA DI SVERNICIATURA
The tank, made of double-walled AISI 316L stainless steel, 20/10 thick, consists of an internal structure for containing the paint stripping solution and external panelling in satin-finish stainless steel, 10/10 thick, which covers and protects the working tank. To minimise heat loss, the internal structure is completely covered with rock wool with a high thermal insulation coefficient.
The bathtub is completed by:
- heating of the cleaning solution,
- stainless steel ball drain valve,
- adjustable support feet,
- manual removable cover,

TWO-STAGE DEGREASER

AUTOMATIC SOLVENT DEGREASER
The MS150 system is designed for solvent washing by means of ultrasonic immersion and is equipped with an automatic control system.
The system consists of:
- 02 loading/unloading roller conveyors with a capacity of 05 baskets each,
- 01 solvent degreaser complete with upper fairing,
- 02 automatic conveyors for handling baskets,
- 10 wastepaper basket holders,
- 01 solvent distillation plant,
- 01 refrigeration system,
- 01 electrical panel with Siemens/Omron PLC and touch-screen operator panel.
The overall dimensions are 7,300 x 2,250 x 3,930 mm (height) and the useful dimensions of the tanks are 700 x 400 x 250 mm (height).
There are two 2200/4400 watt generators and four flanged transducers, each rated at 1100/2200 watts.
The washing cycle is as follows:
- Load,
- Ultrasonic immersion washing,
- Ultrasonic immersion washing,
- Spray washing,
- Rinsing in the steam phase,
- Condensation drying,
- Deodorisation,
- Exhaust.

WASHING TUNNEL
The TU 2000/3 tunnel is designed to perform ultrasonic washing, spray rinsing and drying.
The tunnel consists of an ultrasonic section, a buffer tank, a spray section, a drying section and an automatic emptying circuit.
Length of ultrasonic washing section 1000 mm, length of spray rinsing section 300 mm, length of drying section 300 mm.
Overall dimensions: 2200 x 1000 x 1500 mm (height).

DRYING
DRYING LINE
The modular system 400-8 plant is designed for drying and is equipped with an automatic basket handling system. The plant consists of an ultrasonic washing tank, a rinsing tank, a rinsing module designed for heating, and a 4-position drying oven.
Useful dimensions of treatment tanks: 400 x 1000 x 1000 h. mm., ultrasonic output power 2500/5200 watts.
The washing cycle is as follows:

DEMINERALISER
Regenerable 4-column demineralisation unit: an activated carbon filter, an anion resin filter, a cation resin filter, a mixed bed resin filter.

NO. 02 CHARCOAL FILTER
RE series activated carbon filters connected to any system that uses organic solvents retain solvent vapours, releasing absolutely pure air and allowing the recovery of solvent vapours that would otherwise be dispersed into the air. RE series activated carbon filters significantly reduce total solvent consumption because they recover 99.5% of the solvent that would otherwise be dispersed through the extraction chimney.
