Ultrasonic generator

The ultrasonic generator has the function of transforming the mains frequency from 50/60 HZ at higher operating frequencies. Developed according to the latest technologies, our generators are equipped with an automatic output frequency modulation system which, depending on the load inside the washing tank, optimizes conversion efficiency. All our generators are equipped as standard with a 0 to 100% ultrasonic output power regulation device to improve the washing operation. The ultrasonic generator is also equipped with the following functions as standard: Customized programs: Possibility of programming and storing 3 different washing programs (time and power). Degasification program: Allows you to accelerate the degasification of the liquid and therefore improve the quality of the washing. Password protection: To allow the use of additional programs only to authorized personnel. Warning number: Displays the number of times the machine has been found to be operating in a non-optimal state. Remote control: With this program it is possible to activate/deactivate the machine control via a remote 0-5V voltage signal. Alarm Notification: If the load malfunctions, causing an error of more than 10% in the power that should actually be supplied to the loads, the machine goes into alarm mode.

The generators can be powered by 220 V or 380 V, with single-phase or three-phase options.
