Industrial Spray Wash Tunnel
Our wash tunnels are constructed entirely of double-walled AISI 304 stainless steel. The upper and lower spray ramps, with stainless steel nozzles, are all adjustable to optimize the dynamic action of the spray. All connecting pipes are removable, inspectable, and removable to facilitate periodic maintenance.
The liquid collection tanks are removable and removable from the central treatment body. To ensure consistently excellent washing, the collection tank in the washing section consists of two tanks, one for the clean solution and one for the dirty solution. The first tank, for the dirty solution, filters the solution down to 300 microns and eliminates oil and suspended contaminants. The clean tank provides a low-contamination solution that can be sprayed onto the parts without further filtration. The two tanks are connected in cascade recirculation.
Washing Tunnel Composition
The tunnels are all equipped with:
- Stainless steel conveyor belt
- Vertical stainless steel process pumps
- The bottom of the collection tanks slopes toward the drain valves
- Level controls with vertical float switches
- Gas or electric heaters with dual regulation thresholds
- Inspection covers mounted on a labyrinth to ensure steam tightness
- Gravitational oil separator, disk-type, or coalescing plate
- Management PLC
