Our systems allow workpieces to be cooled using forced air at room temperature.
The cooling tables are equipped with a thermo-ventilation unit, a double-chain translation system, a pneumatic centering unit, and workpiece holders. The machine’s external casing is made of soundproof, painted sheet metal panels that are easily removable. Air recirculation is achieved by low-speed centrifugal fans positioned on the machine roof. Workpieces are moved within the cooling tunnel using pallets moved by a double vertical chain system. The drive motor is a self-braking, inverter-controlled type. Centering pistons are provided in the loading/unloading position.
