Constructed from a 30/10 thick AISI 316 stainless steel support, to which multiple vibrating elements are glued using a special epoxy resin. Each vibrating element (sonotrode) consists of a sandwich of two dipole element disks and two blocks: one aluminum (diffuser element) and one steel (reflector element), with unit power ratings of 50/100 Watts or 100/200 Watts and frequencies of 24 kHz or 38 kHz. The transducers can be supplied in flanged or submersible versions.
IMMERSIBLE SUPPORTS
The submersible ultrasonic supports are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. They are hermetically TIG welded. Standard and custom-designed models are available.
All submersible transducers are equipped with a straight rigid tube (h = 300 mm, d = 1/2 inch) with a sleeve.
