Our coating treatment machines are designed for use with 3M NOVEC products, and are built with particular attention to safety and high solvent savings and low levels of consumption.
Composition
The heart of the machine, constructed entirely of AISI 316 L stainless steel, is the internal treatment area. Every corner, every wall, every single detail of this section is perfect to ensure the highest quality coating treatment requires.
The internal treatment section is designed based on the size of the parts to be treated, resulting in an extremely compact and efficient machine.
The cooling coils are located in the upper section (drying area), connected directly to the cooling unit. The cooling unit is integrated inside the casing. All customized and specially designed.
A manual lid is installed on the top of the machine, closed with screws and gaskets, to perfectly seal the interior of the machine.
The external coating machines are closed with a fairing made of aluminum profiles and black polycarbonate panels for a modern and practical design.
