The painting booth is composed of:
- Structure Load-bearing structure in aluminized sheet metal or stainless steel
- Overflow tank equipped with adjustment screws for leveling the water curtain
- Stainless steel water curtain , removable for periodic maintenance
- Collection tank complete with mechanical decantation system and removable filters, electric water curtain feed pump, spray nozzles, and skimming tube
- Fuel abatement system consisting of: stainless steel or aluminized sheet metal labyrinth filter; spray ramps with spray nozzles for countercurrent abatement of the product mixed with the intake air; droplet separator located before the extraction hood, made of special reinforced polypropylene profiles that are easy to assemble and disassemble; Filtering section with easily removable drawer-type fiberglass filters for retaining dry residue, complete with sealing gasket.
- Electrical panel located outside the cabin, made of a watertight cabinet.
