Dry painting booths
The dry painting booths are composed of:
- Base structure with bolted stainless steel or aluminized sheet metal modules
- Modular external paneling made of ribbed sheet metal
- Progressive smoke abatement system: in the first body with original Andreae filter curtains (or medium-efficiency filters) and high-efficiency filter modules. In Andreae filters, the arrangement of the holes forces the airflow to rapidly change direction on three axes, thus separating the particles from the air through inertia. Filter clogging, as required by regulations, is monitored by a differential pressure switch.
- Extraction unit mounted directly on the cabin ceiling.
- Distribution system: to ensure uniform distribution of extraction across the entire cabin front.
- Electrical panel located outside the cabin, housed in a watertight cabinet.
