Our FCV 100 series ovens allow the drying of the inserted parts thanks to a continuous circulation of hot air (max T= 100 °C) introduced inside by the heat generator.
The ovens are supplied complete with:
- The perimeter casing and roof are made of special sandwich panels composed of pre-painted white RAL 9010 steel sheet and an internal core of Class 0 polyurethane foam – ITC D.M.26.06.84. The particular shape of these panels ensures perfect thermal and acoustic insulation of the oven. Depending on your needs, the ovens can be installed directly on a concrete floor or on our insulated flooring.
- Manual or automatic front access doors
- Hot air generator located on one side of the oven. Forced recirculation of the heated air is achieved by one or more high-temperature electric fans mounted outside the casing. Air is introduced into the lower/upper part of the oven through insulated ducting between the oven and the generator, regulated by adjustable deflectors. Air is extracted from the upper/lower part of the oven using a filter to clean the recirculated air. Air heating can be achieved either via electric resistors or via a heat exchanger with a gas burner. The ovens are equipped with an overheating safety thermostat set to a temperature above the operating temperature and an adjustable timer from 0 to 30 minutes for delayed fan shutdown to allow the exchanger to cool after the burner has stopped.
- The electrical panel is located outside the oven and is housed in a sealed cabinet.
