Painting labs are painting units specifically designed for companies with low production volumes or for prototyping companies. Built to our highest production standards, they are complete with every accessory to allow safe painting operations and in full compliance with current regulations.
The painting laboratories consist of:
- Aqueous detergent washing module with ultrasound
- Closed-circuit water treatment system
- Forced-air paint drying and curing oven
- Manual double-filtration dry painting booth
- Electrostatic paint spray gun
Ultrasonic Cleaning Module
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this double-walled unit is designed for cleaning small objects using an immersion system with frames. It allows the following wash cycle:
- Ultrasonic cleaning with a hot alkaline solution (60°C)
- Rinse in partially renewed mains water at room temperature
- Rinse in mains water at room temperature
- Rinse in ultra-demineralized water at room temperature
- Drying in hot air
Water treatment system
It allows the rinsing water to be treated for its Reuse and produce ultra-demineralized water needed for painting operations.
Spray Booth
Self-contained unit equipped with high-efficiency dry filtration and constructed from assembled modular components.
Oven
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it allows for the drying and curing of paint thanks to continuous air circulation. overheated.
Electrostatic spray gun
Enables high-quality painting with low paint consumption. Comes complete with air supply hose and paint pressure vessel.
