The oil separator is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. Oil is removed from the surface of the liquid by a gear motor that continuously rotates a 300 or 500 mm stainless steel disc. This attracts and captures the oil suspended on the surface of the water and sends it to a drainage channel via a gravity scraper.
Gravitational oil separators
They allow liquid oil separation by exploiting the difference in specific gravity of the liquids. They can be combined in series with disk oil separators to increase efficiency. The oil separator is made of AISI 304 stainless steel in a single-wall version and comes complete with: recirculation pump, 150-micron filter, electrical panel, float switch, double skimming baffle, and manual cover.

Coalescing deck oil separator
Made entirely of Aisi 304 stainless steel, the floor separators Coalescing separators are designed to remove entrained oil and suspended solids from an oil/water mixture according to Stocke’s principle. Separators operate using two combined treatment methods: gravity separation and coalescence. Built with a single wall, they come complete with a standard lid, recirculation pump and filter, drain valve, and dual level sensor.
