Solvent Dryers
Our solvent dryers can operate with any type of non-flammable solvent.
Constructed entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel, they consist of multiple tanks connected in cascade. The first tank, containing the appropriate drying solvent, removes water; the others are used to remove the drying surfactant and leave the part perfectly dry and free of stains.
The first treatment section is equipped with a gravitational water separator. A skimming ramp powered by a special centrifugal pump, equipped with a 20-micron filter, allows all the water removed from the parts being treated to be eliminated.
