Our dry painting booths are composed of:
- Dust collection tank made of press-bent and TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless steel sheet metal with a rear-sloping bottom to facilitate dust collection.
- Modular perimeter paneling made of press-bent stainless steel sheet metal panels.
- Filter unit positioned on the rear wall of the booth, composed of self-cleaning filters with high abatement efficiency.
- Automatic filter self-cleaning system complete with approved compressed air tank, blowing valves, blowing ramps, and a control unit for the intermittent opening of the valves
- Electrical panel located outside the cabin, made in a watertight cabinet
