Spray washing machine type LSR

The LSR washing machines are designed to wash by spray or immersion with rotation in the horizontal axis of the basket.

They are available in two versions: the Series S  for the spray washing, while the Series I for the spray and hydrokinetic washing.
Both versions can be equipped with the rinsing and drying.

The washing machine is built in stainless steel AISI 304, sp. 20/10 for all parts in contact with liquids, the panels is built of brushed stainless steel while the support frame in painted steel.

Cabin

The  cabin is equipped with:

• insulated thermo-acoustic by panels of rock wool,
  • Spray ramps for hydrokinetic degreasing, spray rinsing and spray conservation in stainless steel with valves,
• sliding vertical flap to permit the filling of the cabinet for the hydrokinetic washing,
  sloped bottom for rapid outflow of the fluid sprayed into the specific buffer tank,
  • separation system of the cabin from the buffer tank  in order to to improve the drying phase
• automatic sliding door built in stainless steel moved vertically by a pneumatic piston,
• drum for baskets rotation with editable speed by inverter,
  vapours aspirator.

Tank for liquid
The tank is equipped with:

• insulated thermo-acoustic by panels of rock wool,
• vertical pump in stainless steel,
• piping for the connection with the spraying ramps,
• stainless steel filter basket,
• sloping bottom tank with drain valve,
• level control with float,
• electric heaters with electronic digital temperature controller,
• inspection cover,
• inlet water ramps with electro-valve to allow for the automatic refilling,
• security overflow,
• porthole on the side of the tank to facilitate the cleaning,
• gravity oil separator.

Drying group
The drying group allows the drying of the pieces through a continuous flow of hot air. The recirculation of the air is obtained with a specific electric fan for high temperatures.

The heating is obtained by an electric exchanger with finned electrical resistors.

The air after having passed through the heat exchanger  enter  into the top  of the cabin and sucked from the upper  this in continuous recycling. The temperature control will be carried out with digital temperature controller on the control panel sensor of the temperature of air inside the oven.

The group consists in:

• stainless steelductsfor airwith insulation,
• heat exchanger with electrical resistors,
• digital electronic thermoregulator for the control of air temperature,
• fan for air circulation,

Electrical cabinet

The electrical cabinet is built in plate bent by a forming press 20-30/10 thick, it is present for an instalment to ambient temperature not exceeding 40°C and it is equipped with one or more frontal doors. Insulation IP 55 class according to the law EN 60529.

The board has an inside hinged door and mechanically interlocked in case of tension.

Inside the board the used room will be less than 75%.

The power electric peripherals and the guards will be placed inside the control box in a position easy to access and identify the single components.

The working tension power will be of 400/230 Volts 50 Hz. three-phases for a current value equal to 30% more than that rated. Each engine unit will be protected by a suitable switch gear and magnetic starter with overload and under voltage protection. Each element unit will be protected with fuses and remote control switch opportunely dimensioned. The devices are SIEMENS and TELEMECANIQUE type, or similar. The starting of any device will be by commands set on 24 Volts auxiliaries circuits fed  by transformers.

The cabinet is equipped with PLC Siemens/Omron and operator panel touch-screen.
