Designed for heating air, the heat exchangers consist of a casing made of Aluzink steel panels, suitably insulated, inside which is located the combustion chamber with flame inversion and tube bundle.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel sheet, they are supplied complete with: burner mounting plate, CE-compliant burner feed rail, combustion inspection window, and natural gas or LPG burners of variable output.
Air flow and recirculation are achieved by special electric fans, specifically designed for high temperatures.
The exchanger is equipped with a safety thermostat, calibrated at ~50°C above the set temperature, which interrupts heating in the event of anomalies.
To allow the exchanger to cool down when shut down, a ventilation cycle is provided for a preset time.
