The FTT series heat treatment furnaces heat workpieces using electrical resistances mounted on special plates located on the sides and bottom of the furnace.
The arrangement of the resistances and the geometry of the chamber are designed to generate constant internal air movement through natural convection, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the furnace.
This results in constant and uniform heating at the pre-selected temperature, which is automatically regulated by the control devices.
The FTT series furnaces are compact, monoblock-type and therefore very quick to install.
The furnaces consist of a solid, painted metal casing, internally lined with insulating masonry made of super-insulating materials and multi-layered fibrous panels. They are supplied complete with electric heating, thermostatic temperature control, a hinged front door, and an electrical control panel.
To facilitate workpiece loading/unloading, the furnace floor is made of a steel base. Special refractory material for high temperatures.
The noise level during operation does not exceed 80 dBA.
