Vacuum solvent distillers allow for extremely high recovery of dissolved contaminants in the solvent.
The system consists of evaporating the solvent in a vacuum-controlled cylinder using a liquid ring system. The distilled solvent is continuously and automatically discharged. Our distillers consist of an evaporator body for the solution to be concentrated in AISI 316 L.
The solvent is heated by means of specific electrical resistors, while the vapors are condensed by the circulation of a refrigerant liquid.
The solution is loaded automatically, and the level in the evaporator body is kept constant by a mechanical floating sphere level. This allows for automatic, operator-free operation.
The superconcentration and discharge operations are performed manually according to process requirements.
