After pickling, since the surface of the piece is bare, we use passive products when rinsing to ensure the treated piece a surface protection.

Present in our wide range of products, we use dedicated chemicals, essential for the removal of oxides generated in the deburring phase, to complete the deburring process with a pickling phase.

To avoid any surface contamination of the pieces, before the deburring phase, we use a dedicated washing plant, with external and internal degreasing.  

Thanks to Ultratech systems it is possible to do a complete deburring process that allows the elimination of burrs on the components in oxidisable materials coming from specific processes (mechanical, die-casting, etc.). Plant designed for the washing of suspension supports by an immersion system with baskets. The plant consists of a closed circuit system for the handling of the piece-carrying baskets, a line of treatment tanks and a two-axis automatism for the sequential movement of the baskets in the different positions.
