Our hermetic degreasers are designed for the use with non-flammable solvents (trichlorethylene, perchlorethylene, methylene chloride, propyl bromide, HF, etc.). The degreasers have a work cycle that allows: immersion cleaning, with or without ultrasonic, and the washing with solvent vapors.
The separation of the working area and the control of the deodorization of the zone of loading and unloading of the baskets with the pieces permit their use in safety and in accordance with the european regulations.
The work cycle is performed fully automatically with PLC by operator panel.
All internal parts of the plant are enclosed and protected by a hermetic fairing. The panels that make up the fairing, in transparent material, are fitted with gaskets and easily removable allowing rapid maintenance to all devices of the machine.
