Disk oil separator

The device is studied to offer a fast solution to problems due to oil. It is collocated on the buffer tank of the washing section, it attracts and captures the oil in suspension on the water surface and it gets canalized on a separated container.

Gravitational oil separator

The gravitational oil separator allows the de-oiling by exploiting the difference in specific gravity of liquids. It can be combined with the disc oil separator to increase the efficiency. The oil separator is made of 304 stainless steel and it is delivered complete with: circulation pump, filter 150 micron, floating,   manual lid and electric panel

Coalescence oil separator

Oil separator with coalescing plans are designed to remove oil “dragged” and suspended solids from a mixture of oil / water according to the principle of Stocke. The action of the separators involves two methods of combined treatment: separation by gravity and the action of coalescence.

Made of stainless steel AISI 304 they are supplied complete with:  manual cover, recycling pump, filter, drain valve, coalescence plans and double level sensors.
