The ultrafiltration plant type VF is designed to clean the degreasing solution and to remove, in continuous, the pollutants.
The regeneration phases of the degreasing solution are as follows:
STEP A: SEDIMENTATION
With the sedimentation the mud of the solution is collected on the bottom of a specific tank.
PHASE B: FILTRATION ON A SELF-CLEANING PAPER FILTER
The solution, clarified by sedimentation, through a self-cleaning paper filter, in which are retained the solid particles (shavings, filings and not colloidal suspensions).
PHASE C: oil removal
Then the filtered solution passes into the coalescing section where is done the separation of oil.
PHASE D: ULTRAFILTRATION
The ultrafiltration filter allows the crossing only of the water with the detergent, while are blocked the particles, the oil in emulsion, the solid particles and bacteria.
The advantages of this process are: quality, operational, environmental, economic.
QUALITY, a solution constantly clean gives the maximum of results .
OPERATIONAL, are reduced the periodical change of the solution.
ENVIRONMENTAL, being the solution constantly clean, it is not necessary its disposal or purification.
ECONOMIC, a drastic reduction of the consumption of the detergent.
