The ultrasonic transducers are built with a support, in stainless steel AISI 316, on which are glued with special resins more vibrating elements. Each vibrating element (sonotrode) is made from a sandwich of two ceramic discs and two metal blocks: one in aluminum (diffuser element) and one in steel (reflector element).
The sonotrodes are available with unit power 50/100 Watt or 100/200 Watt and frequencies with 24 kHz or 38 kHz.
The transducers can be flanged or immersible.
IMMERSIBLE TRANSUCERS
The immersible ultrasonic transducers are made of stainless steel AISI 316 with hermetic TIG welding.
Standard models are available and on your design.
The transducers have a straight rigid tube (h = 300 mm. d. = 1/2 inch) with sleeve.
