The furnaces type FTT make the heating of the pieces by hot air.
The heating of the air is done with electric resistances positioned on the sides and on the bottom of the oven.
The arrangement of the resistors and the geometry of the chamber are designed to generate a constant internal movement of the air for natural convection, such as to ensure a uniform temperature in any point of the furnace.
The furnaces type FTT are monobloc and then quick to install.
The furnaces are built with a solid steel frame, with treatment chamber coated by masonry insulation.
The oven is fitted with the following devices:
– insulation with multiple layers panels,
– electric heaters,
– temperature control,
– front door,
– electrical cabinet.
The noise level not exceed 80 dBA
