{"id":11697,"date":"2026-01-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/koms5.sg-host.com\/forced-air-ovens\/"},"modified":"2026-03-16T14:51:44","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T13:51:44","slug":"forced-air-ovens","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ultratechgroup.it\/en\/products\/finitech\/forced-air-ovens\/","title":{"rendered":"Little ovens with forced air"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ultratechgroup.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pageverniciature3UIK-copia.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ultratechgroup.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/pageverniciature3UIK-copia.jpg\" alt=\"forni ad armadio ad aria forzata\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The drying ovens type FC are used in the optical industry, goldsmith, electromechanical, electronic, etc., for the following applications: baking \u2013 curing \u2013 drying \u2013 Softening \u2013 drying.<br>The ovens work temperatures up to 270 \u00b0 C, and they are particularly suitable in all thermal processes that require uniformity of temperature within very tight tolerance.<br>The certification of components and materials used give at our ovens a higher quality standard and ensures total reliability.<br>The oven is supplied with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>door, interior room and storage plans in stainless steel;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>double wall with thermal insulation of rock wool;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>retractable shelves and sliding rails;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electric heaters with finned resistances with low surface power placed on the bottom;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>door insulated and equipped with double hermetic seal, with gasket for high temperature,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>forced ventilation system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>exhaust air valve;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Temperature Controller \/ digital thermometer with membrane keyboard;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>electric timer (0-120 \u00b0) to set the operation with fixed start counting after reaching the operating temperature;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The noisiness level during the work cycle is lower than 80 dBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our ovens are built in according of the UNI EN UNI EN 1539:2010 \u2013 Dryers and ovens, in which flammable substances are released.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure style=\"font-size:13px\" class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><th><strong>MODEL<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>USEFUL DIMENSIONS<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>OVERALL DIMENSIONS<\/strong><\/th><th><strong>TEMP.
