{"id":11696,"date":"2026-01-31T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-30T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/koms5.sg-host.com\/high-temperature-paint-baking-ovens-250c\/"},"modified":"2026-03-13T17:40:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T16:40:36","slug":"high-temperature-paint-baking-ovens-250c","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ultratechgroup.it\/en\/products\/finitech\/high-temperature-paint-baking-ovens-250c\/","title":{"rendered":"Ovens for high temperature 250\u00b0C"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>FCV 250<\/strong> series drying ovens allow the processing of inserted parts thanks to continuous hot air circulation (Tmax = 250 \u00b0C).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ovens are supplied complete with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Perimeter casing<\/strong>  and roof made of <strong>aluzink<\/strong> steel sheet panels in a double metal casing with highly insulating mineral wool inserted between them. <strong>The panels are 145 mm thick with thermal break.<\/strong> A suitable internal load-bearing frame and joint covers will provide the structure with considerable compactness and mechanical resistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access Doors<\/strong> \u2014 Access to the oven will be provided by opening one or more front doors. The mechanical construction of the doors is identical to the perimeter walls and is also equipped with an anti-panic handle and a special rubber perimeter seal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hot air generator<\/strong> located on one side of the oven. Forced recirculation of the heated air is achieved by one or more high-temperature electric fans mounted outside the casing. Air is introduced into the lower\/upper part of the oven through appropriate insulated ducting, regulated by adjustable deflectors. Air is extracted from the upper\/lower part of the oven using a suitable filter. Air heating can occur either via electric resistors or via a heat exchanger with a gas burner.
